ITM NSW Pty Ltd is an independently owned wholesale supplier and distributor across a number of industries and sectors. We operate 4 inter-related business models under the banner of “One Click” being Office Supplies, Packaging, Industrial consumables and Safety related products. We pride ourselves that we can cover approximately 98% of any products that are either machine based or consumable based within any business. We manufacture and import our own range of products in some sectors and partner with quality suppliers in other sectors who are experts in their fields. We offer a conduit to market to those manufacturers and suppliers that use distributors a their links to customers.

 

With over 500,000 products at our disposal daily and with warehouses in Sydney, Wollongong, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth we have an access to customers across Australia and our market is expanding to match our presence in those areas.

 

Our growth has been driven by our customers. With the products and service we provide to key customers we were constantly asked to supply and compete against other major brands and we consistently kept outperforming our competitors and hence were requested to supply more products. We have found we offer a genuine alternative to some of the multi-nationals not only on price, but also with our range of products and particularly our service (logistics and customer relations) and will continue to drive this part of the business.

 

We have one website fully operational and due to the expansion of our range we have 2 other websites under construction with plans to have these operation in early 2016.

One Click Packaging offers a local free Delivery Service for all orders over $75 from Menai to Berry in NSW Daily. We also offer an Australian wide daily delivery service at very low freight rates – with warehouses in Most states – fixed rates apply for most areas.
