Shipping & Returns
We ship virtually worldwide. Please take not that there are restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Our shipment days is generally within 1-3 business days. Product delivery may vary due to location and manufacturers holdings of stock. Outside areas delivery can take within 3-8 business days. We will provide you a tracking number and you can follow up us regarding the status of your product through email email@example.com or you can call us at 1300 660 762.
We have a fair rate of $11 inc GST per order in our freight under $500 inc GST. Orders above $500 inc GST is freight free of charge. We are doing our best to keep a fair freight fees.
Big and Bulky furniture will have freight fees depending on the delivery location. Our line at 1300 660 762 is always open for contact during business hours for advise on additional freight charges. FASTWAY is our Company’s Carrier and we require a physical address for us to ship the products. We don’t ship on PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Kindly check with us first for urgent request. For Large or out area orders we charge extra freight and you will always be advised at the time of order placement.
You can return products (shipping at your cost) should be most new, unopened items within the rage of fourteen (14) days upon delivery for a full refund. We will be shouldering the return shipping fee if the product is defective due to our own. (When you received a wrong or damaged item, etc.).
The estimated time that you will be receiving your refund is within two (2) weeks upon giving your package to the return shipper. However in most cases, you will receive your refund faster than two weeks.
The time period consist of transit time for us to receive your return package from the shipper ( 2 to 7 working days), our processing time your return package once we received the item (1 to 3 working days), The bank processes our refund request usually takes around ( 1 to 4 working days).
If you in need of returning an item, Log in to your account, go to view your order in “Complete Orders” link under the My Account Menu and click the Return Product(s) button. We’ll send you a notification letter about your refund once we received and processed the returned product.
